Yes. You can upgrade immediately and the new plan takes effect right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep your current features until then.

No per-transaction fees on KleerCard's side. Standard card network interchange applies, which is credited back to your account per standard card program terms. We do not add a markup on top of that.

KleerCard is built specifically for nonprofits. The standard pricing above already reflects that context. For large organizations with significant card programs (100+ cards), contact us to discuss whether the Organization tier can be configured to fit your needs.

You can export all transaction history in CSV, PDF, or XLSX format before canceling. After cancellation, your account enters a 30-day data-retention window during which you can still export. After 30 days, transaction data is deleted per our data retention policy.
